AGE WITH A PLAN

Long-term life planning

Why Long-Term Life Plans?

The aging process can be frustrating. Medical diagnosis or health declines often cause changes and these changes can be difficult. We provide information and education about resources and options. We specialize in facilitating family conversations that explore uncomfortable topics. This can help individuals make thoughtful decisions about future plans.

Why an Aging Consultant?

Do you have concerns about your parents living alone? Are you wondering how you can age in place? Are you thinking about moving to a senior community? An Aging Consultant works with individuals and families to navigate these questions and develop a personal long-term life plan. We help empower clients to: be prepared, have control and know their options.

BE PREPARED

Where will I live as I age? What are my end-of-life preferences? Is it time to get my parents help? Are these questions you have recently asked yourself?

Creating an aging plan requires asking some potentially difficult questions. Having difficult conversations early and often can help individuals feel more prepared about decisions.

HAVE CONTROL

It is important to feel in control of our decisions. There could be a time in our lives when someone else has to make a decision for us. Making difficult decisions early can help you feel more in control of situations in the future.

We can facilitate meaningful family conversations that explore uncomfortable topics.

KNOW THE OPTIONS

Learning about available resources, making decisions about end of life care, writing down and telling your family about your wishes, are some decisions that can be made early. We can help you start these conversations and educate you about the options.

We help seniors and their families navigate this system and provide a relevant list for each client.
